Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting

Yellow Card

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) provides a page on its website that allows a person to report side effects and adverse drug reactions when he or she has been or is still taking psychotropic drugs.

We encourage you to visit the web page and report any adverse effects that you may are aware of as this is how the harmful effects of drugs are recognised, and could result in the drug being withdrawn or replaced.

Some of the most dangerous drugs are psychotropic drugs, as these tend to be introduced more speedily, have more side effects and fewer provable or tangible benefits than mainstream drugs that are designed specifically to cure diagnosable and physical symptoms.
