Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) provides a page on its website that allows a person to report side effects and adverse drug reactions when he or she has been or is still taking psychotropic drugs.

Yellow CardWe encourage anyone to visit the web page and report any adverse effects they may be aware of. This is one way that the effects of drugs are recorded and recognised. The informaiton could also result in the drug being withdrawn from the market.

Some of the most dangerous drugs are psychotropic drugs, as these tend to be introduced more speedily, have more side effects and fewer provable or tangible benefits than mainstream drugs that are designed specifically to cure diagnosable and physical symptoms.
